1Who we areเราคือใคร

This website is operated by Air Pilates Co., Ltd. (บริษัท แอร์ พิลาทิส จำกัด), Bangkok, Thailand. We design and sell Pilates reformers and studio equipment. 2What we collectข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, LINE ID (if you give one), delivery address, building or access notes, the items you ordered, the amount paid, your chosen colour code if you order a custom finish, any notes you write, and the payment slip image you upload.

When you contact us by email, phone or LINE we keep what you send us so we can reply and follow up.

When you browse the site your browser stores your language choice and your shopping cart on your own device. These stay on your device and are never sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and reliability.

We also keep anonymous usage statistics so we can see which models people are interested in and improve the site. We record only daily totals: how many visits the site had, which pages were opened and for how long, which products were viewed and for how long, how many items were added to a cart, and how many orders were placed. We do not store your IP address, your device identifier, your name, or any cookie for this. The numbers are totals only — there is no way for us to trace any of them back to an individual, or to follow one person from one visit to the next. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we record nothing at all.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as health or medical information. We use your information to process and deliver your order, to verify your payment against the slip you send, to contact you about delivery and installation, to answer your questions, to honour the warranty on your machine, and to keep the records that Thai tax and accounting law requires us to keep.

The lawful bases we rely on are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business and preventing fraud, and compliance with legal obligations. 4Who can see itใครเห็นข้อมูลของคุณบ้าง

Your information is visible to the small Air Pilates team who handle orders, and to the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

Netlify — hosts this website and stores our order records on servers outside Thailand.
Delivery partners — receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver and install your machine. They receive nothing more than that.
Our bank — processes your transfer, under its own terms.

Because our hosting provider operates internationally, your information may be stored or processed outside Thailand. We choose providers that apply recognised security standards. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. 5How long we keep itเราเก็บข้อมูลไว้นานแค่ไหน

We keep order records for as long as your warranty runs — up to ten years on the frame — so that we can service your machine, and for the period Thai accounting law requires. Payment slips are kept until the payment is confirmed and the accounting period is closed, then removed. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once the conversation has ended and there is no further reason to keep them.

6Your rightsสิทธิของคุณ

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where our use of your data is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at airpilates.bkk@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. 7How we protect itเราดูแลข้อมูลอย่างไร

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Order records are stored in a private area that is not reachable from the public website, and the admin area is password protected and hidden from search engines. Access is limited to the people on our team who need it to do their job.

No system is perfect.
